Jonathan Jowett, 49, joined the company in April 2010 and was appointed as Company Secretary on 12 May 2010. He is a solicitor by profession, and has held the position of Company Secretary in a number of FTSE 350 and FTSE Smallcap companies. His previous employers include Avon Cosmetics Limited, SSL International plc, Wagon plc and Bakkavor Group. Jonathan is Secretary to the Board and each of its committees, and he is a member of the Operating Board and chairs the company’s CSR Steering Group and Risk Committee.
