Julie Baddeley

Julie Baddeley, 58, was appointed to the Board in March 2005. She has held senior executive roles in the Woolwich plc (where she was responsible for Information Technology and Human Resources), Accenture and Sema Consulting. Julie is a non-executive director of Camelot Group plc, the Department of Health, Chrysalis VCT plc and is an Associate Fellow of the Said Business School, Oxford. Julie is a member of the Nominations and Audit Committees and has been Chair of the Remuneration Committee since 2005.
