You must not use the Website for any purpose which is unlawful and/or prohibited by these terms and conditions. By using the Website you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

Privacy Policy

1. Greggs plc is committed to your privacy. This privacy policy sets out how we deal with personal information collected through www.greggs.co.uk ("the Website"). By using the Website you consent to the use and processing of your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy.

2. Like most websites, there is certain information that is automatically tracked. This includes the website you just came from, which website you go to next, the browser you are using and any searches you have done. The information is used for internal purposes to monitor activity on the Website only. It is kept in a form that does not identify individuals and is deleted after 24 months.

3. You have the option to provide personal information in the recruitment section of the Website. You may either complete an electronic application form or send your CV to apply for jobs with Greggs plc or its subsidiaries, as appropriate. This information will include your name, contact details, educational and job history, interests and other information. This information will only be used for recruitment purposes. You should ensure that any information you supply is accurate. Any information provided in this way, if you are not subsequently employed by Greggs plc, will be deleted after 9 months unless we agree otherwise with you. If you are employed by Greggs plc or its subsidiaries as a result of your application the information will be kept and retained and used in accordance with our employee handbook for as long as you are an employee of Greggs plc or its subsidiaries.

'Wake up and Win' Incentive

1.    Participants can take part in 'Wake Up & Win' from 31/01/12 until 24/02/12 via www.greggs.co.uk or via www.facebook.com/greggsthebakers

2.    Available prizes include a total of 4,000 vouchers for a FREE small coffee from Greggs, 4,000 vouchers for a small Coffee and Croissant from Greggs for only £1,  4 x 'Breakfast for your workplace' and 4 x 'FREE Breakfast every week for a year!' Greggs Breakfast vouchers. These prizes will be split into 4 equal batches, where by each week, from incentive launch (31/01/12), total prizes available will be 1,000 FREE small coffee vouchers, 1,000 small Coffee and a Croissant vouchers, 1 x Breakfast for your workplace and 1 x 'FREE Breakfast every week for a year!' Greggs Breakfast vouchers.  Prize batches will be 'refreshed' every Monday throughout incentive period.  Vouchers/prizes must be claimed in the week they are released, any remaining vouchers/prizes will not roll over into available prize batches for any consecutive weeks of the incentive.

3.    'FREE small coffee from Greggs' vouchers and 'small Coffee and Croissant from Greggs for only £1' vouchers will be distributed via automated email on a 'first come, first served' basis to those who provide their email address as part of the Greggs 'Wake up and Win' online promotion.

4.    'FREE Breakfast every week for a year!' consists of 52 x Greggs Breakfast vouchers.   Winner(s) will be selected at random from those who Tweet "#WakeupAndWin #BreakfastForAYear" as part of the Greggs 'Wake up and Win' online promotion. Greggs Breakfast vouchers can be used for the following products from Greggs: Any 1 hot drink OR Any 1 orange juice AND Any 1 breakfast product. Breakfast is available until 11am and all day on Sunday. Greggs Breakfast vouchers will be sent in the post to the selected winner(s) upon receipt of postal address.  If no postal address is received within 1 week from first contact, a new winner may be selected.   Equivalent value of Greggs Breakfast vouchers is up to a maximum of £3.55 per voucher. The vouchers will be valid until 16th March 2013. Greggs Breakfast vouchers will be sent by post to winners within 28 days of email notification.

5.    'Breakfast for your workplace' consists of a delivery of Greggs Breakfast products to your workplace or another chosen address that must be within 10 miles of a Greggs shop. Products will be delivered for up to 30 people.  Winner(s) will be selected at random from those who Tweet "#WakeupAndWin #BreakfastForWork" as part of the Greggs 'Wake up and Win' online promotion. Breakfast products will include a selection from bacon breakfast rolls, sausage breakfast rolls, croissant, pain au choc, porridge, granola yoghurt, ham and cheese wrap, sausage and bean melt and orange juice.  Winners will be contacted to arrange delivery and discuss the best selection of products for them. If no contact can be made with the winner within 1 week from first attempt, a new winner may be selected.  Delivery must be arranged before 1st March 2013.

6.    All prizes and products are subject to availability.

7.    There is no cash alternative to any prize, in whole or in part.

8.    Only original vouchers can be redeemed and Greggs PLC reserves the right to refuse to honour any voucher they deem not to be genuine.

9.    Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

10.  Vouchers are not transferable to alternative products.

11.  Only one Greggs Breakfast voucher can be used per customer, per day.

12.  Greggs cannot be held responsible for any entries lost in the course of transmission.

13.  Vouchers are only valid on Greggs takeaway products and cannot be used in Greggs cafes

15.  Participants must be 18 years of age or over.

16.  Participation in this competition confirms the full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

17.  Greggs plc reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time if circumstances make this unavoidable.

18.  Greggs cannot be held responsible for any lost or incomplete vouchers.

19.   'Wake up and Win' is not open to Greggs employees or partners and suppliers of Greggs plc.

20.  By participating in this promotion all entrants agree to receive future marketing communications from Greggs.and are giving their consent for Greggs to use any information collected  in future marketing communications (this includes via social media channels).

21.  Facebook are excluded from any liability for this promotion.  Facebook are not sponsoring, endorsing, associated with or in anyway involved in the administration of this promotion.  Any information provided by entrants is being provided to the promoter of the promotion and not to Facebook.
