Our values... What makes Greggs so special is our culture and values; the way we are, the way we behave, and the way we support each other. We call it 'Being Greggs', it is difficult putting it into words but it means being friendly, inclusive, honest, respectful, hard-working and appreciative.
Our people... are what makes our business successful. We aim to provide them with a great place to work, where they feel valued.
Our commitment to making a difference... is deep rooted, and was cemented by the establishment of the Greggs Foundation in 1987.
