Listening to our people
Every year we survey the opinions of our employees in order to hear their feedback and understand how they feel about their jobs. In 2015, 93 per cent of our team members completed the survey and we achieved another high engagement score of 79 oer cent, up four per cent since 2014.
We know it is the people on the ground who have the best ideas for business improvements, so in 2014, we introduced 'Your Ideas Matter', a feedback mechanism for our people to use on a daily basis. During 2015, 295 people shared useful ideas about how we can improve our business.
