Greggs supports DEC appeal

After a series of devastating earthquakes in southern Turkey and north west Syria earlier this year that left millions of people in need of urgent support, we again turned our charity buckets over to support the Disaster Emergency Committee (DEC) appeal.

We are extremely proud that our customers and colleagues have raised £149,141 and would like to thank everyone who supported this great cause.

Donations to the DEC's Turkey-Syria Earthquake Appeal have been providing a lifeline to people in Turkey and Syria who's lives where turned upside down in seconds back in February. DEC charities have been providing essentials such as food, clean water, shelter, healthcare and also giving people direct payments so they can decide how to meet their needs. The fantastic £149,141 raised by Greggs customers and staff will go a long way and provide some respite amid the devastation now and in the months ahead. Thank you so much for your support.
