In recent years, Greggs has significantly grown its internal development team and has moved from a heavily outsourced to an insourced model. As well as delivering value adding projects, the in-house team are being recognised for their innovative work. The ongoing digital transformation impacts all areas of the business, including the Greggs App, website, colleague engagement, shop systems and supply chain.
